3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, and other details accurately.

Actual colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, or the handmade nature of certain products. Minor variations that do not affect the normal use of a product may not be treated as defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

4. Prices and taxes

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges may be added or displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • The payment could not be verified.
  • The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The displayed price or product information contains an error.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount legally due back to the customer will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the original payment arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, email, and phone details.

6. Payments

Customers must use a payment method available at checkout and provide accurate payment information. Orders may be processed only after the payment or payment arrangement has been confirmed.

For cash-on-delivery orders, where available, we may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

7. Shipping and delivery

Order processing, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, failed delivery attempts, and international customs charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Replacement and refund policy

Classic Vastra does not generally offer returns or refunds. Eligible items may be replaced only.

A replacement request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

A replacement may be considered if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The customer receives an incorrect item.
  • A different size is required and the requested size is available.

Customers may be asked to provide their order number, clear photographs, or an unboxing video. Every request is subject to review and approval.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement. Full conditions are provided in our Return and Replacement Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable Indian consumer law.

9. Order cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.

An order cannot ordinarily be cancelled after dispatch. If delivery is refused or fails because the customer supplied incorrect information or was unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

10. International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product can be legally imported into their country.

11. Website use

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
