At Classic Vastra, we aim to process and deliver every order safely and on time.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
- Orders within India: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International orders: Approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, available tracking details will be sent to you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, email address, and mobile number.
If you need to correct your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been dispatched.
Failed delivery attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our Replacement Policy. Classic Vastra does not provide refunds; approved claims are eligible for replacement only.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.
